Kasia Walczak
I am an expressive therapist.
For many years, I worked in a profession that doesn’t fit neatly on a business card.
It was a time that changed me from within. It taught me that life doesn’t come with an instruction manual. It’s not a puzzle to be solved, but a labyrinth — full of emotions, signs, and people who aren’t always what they seem.
The experiences I gathered taught me to look deeper:
to notice what’s hidden, to hear what’s unspoken,
and to trust — first myself, then others.
I didn’t work with data, but with emotions.
I didn’t analyze charts, but intentions.
It was a school of life — without textbooks, but rich in something invaluable:
an understanding of the human being in their truth, their limits, and their longing for change.
Today, these experiences form the foundation of my work.
I don’t offer ready-made solutions or easy answers.
I’m interested in the human being at the moment of transition — when something is ending, and something new is just beginning to emerge.
If you find yourself in such a moment — I invite you.
I won’t promise it will be easy.
But I’ll be there, beside you, as you begin to find your own way.
